Mall day with Santa

Every year, we look forward to going to the mall with Mimi, Haley, Mom and the girls. We get our pic made with Santa and then shop and eat. 

We also had the ladies Christmas dinner that night, another fun tradition every year❤️

Zoo lights

Sunday night, we went to Zoo lights with all of Hunters family. We had a great time. Mr. Jims company that he used to work for, had a private night for all of their employees.❤️

Baby #3 on the way!

Scout was 7 months old when we took this picture, but I was about 17 weeks pregnant. Scout had just turned about 5 months old when I started to feel like I always do when I'm pregnant. I Told Hunter I thought I was, and he responded..."no your not"

...YEP! 😂 I found out at the beginning of the summer we are gonna have our third baby! Scout and he/she will be about 14 months apart. We decided not to find out the gender this time! I am really convinced it's another girl! The first trimester was the sickest I have ever been pregnant. Still mild compared to some people, but the worst one for me. I'm about 24 weeks now and I feel good! It took a while for me to wrap my mind around having another baby so soon, but I am really excited! We would really love to have 4 (or more) children one day. I am looking forward to having another tiny newborn. I went for my 20 week ultrasound and they said everything looks perfect. Thankful for a healthy baby! This has been, by far, the fastest year of my life. I'm trying to enjoy every day with Scout as the baby before my new little blessing comes along😁 I asked Bo what we should name the new baby...he suggested "Marty"🤔 

Edens Run 5k

Last month, we did our first 5k as a family. We have been saying since Bo was a baby that we wanted to do one. I used to love to jog. I haven't been able to do it in about 5 years. After Scout was born, I started jogging 30 seconds at a time. It took me 6 months to build up to 30 min of jogging but I'm so glad I did! Thankfully Hunter pushed both the kids and I only had to worry about jogging myself across the finish line😂  Hope to do more races in the future as a family!

Well check ups

Bo weighs 35lbs. He calls the Drs office "the shot place"😂 He didn't have to get any shots this time though. Scout was 18lbs (9 months). Thankful for healthy kids!

Fall mini trip

We try to take an overnight trip every few months. I loved so much when mom and dad did this growing up. We would stay in hotels, and swim, shop and eat:) This time, we stayed in Jackson. We had dinner at Jason's deli, got ice cream, let the kids swim, and watched a movie. The next morning, we went shopping at a few stores and then let Bo play at Chick-fil-a! Hunter and I really enjoy a good car ride conversation+coffee. So fun! 

Thanksgiving 2017

We had a great Thanksgiving this past week. We spent Wednesday night in Senatobia and then had lunch with the Geeslin side and Dinner with the Fergusons! I really can't believe I was 30 weeks with Scout last thanksgiving, and now I'm 23 weeks with baby #3 this year! A lot to be thankful for! 

Halloween 2017

Bo and Scout were Yoda and Princess Leia! I couldn't get any decent pics, Scout was not feeling it! We went Trick or treating around Lucy and Bo had a blast.

Alex's wedding!

Can't believe Alex is married! I didn't get any pics of the bride and groom! Bo was the ring bearer and he walked down the isle with no hesitation.😂

Scout 2 weeks

Scout has been such an easy newborn. She sleeps all day and I haven't had any nights when I couldn't get her back to sleep. (I did with bo) She wakes up about every 3 hours at night. The first 2 weeks with her here have honestly been wonderful. I am surprised by how happy and un-emotional I have been, ha. I just hold her all the time. So many people have come to visit and bring us dinner. I haven't really left the house at all. Her first ped visit was 2 weeks old and they said she was perfect! Bo hasn't been jealous of her at all and just loves her. He has def been trying to let us know he is still here though ha. Scout gave him a race car at the hospital and he loved it. He calls her Scouty scout.
